TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL.

- I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason.- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial use is discussed and paid for separately.

2. PAYMENT.

-Payments are made via [PayPal/Wise.], its necessary to pay at least 50% upfront to start the art or 100% if your prefer.

3. PROCESS.

-I will provide rough sketches fapproval before moving on to final rendering.- Small revisions are included; large changes after sketch approval will only be possible in colors/lightning.

4. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE.

I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media.• You may:- Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g. icon, wallpaper, social media post) with credit.• You may not:- Remove my signature- Reproduce or resell the artwork- Use the artwork commercially without permission- Use the artwork for NFTs or AI training purposes

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

- Full refunds are available if the commission has not been started.- Partial refunds may be offered if work is in progress.- No refunds will be given after the artwork is completed.
